Come On Baby!

I am just about 39 weeks and feeling so done. I'm trying to be patient. Trying to take advantage of sleep and all around alone time. But boy am I ready to meet this baby! It doesn't help that at my 34 week appointment he was already measuring 6 pounds and 12 days ahead.
